Upon a project launch, do you come every day until it is completed?

Always. A specific foreman is assigned to your job when it starts. He will be there every day. His crew may change, but you will have the same foreman onsite, in charge for the duration of the work. The only exception to our crews showing up is if inclement weather prohibits us from working.

Do you personally supervise job sites on a regular basis?

Definitely. I and/or my supervisor stop and/or communicate to the onsite foreman on a daily basis. We begin with a morning meeting or conference call to update myself on the progress and any production issues or homeowner concerns. During the day we stop when requested and spontaneously monitor the work site. I always know what is going on and where each project is at in the process.

Is it safe to leave the home when your company is working there and/or give your foreman our house key to access and lock up?

Absolutely, my average foreman has worked for me for approximately 15 years and I have complete trust in them. I even let them collect job progress payments if you wish to save a stamp. When anyone is first hired to the company, we perform criminal background check and they are also required to pass a drug test. Spontaneous drug testing is also a company policy. Additionally, Harrison carries an active liability insurance policy that covers everything in your home while we are there. We believe trust is an earned benefit and will leave this question up to each customer’s comfort level.

Do your crews clean up debris on a regular basis?

Daily. Whatever construction/remodeling debris that we create is always cleaned up on a daily basis. This includes putting away tools and supplies in an orderly and safe manner. It is our goal that even though you are “Under Construction”, that you can still live in your home knowing that it is clean and safe. Vacuums and cleaning supplies are part of our “tool box”.
